Cancellation policies
For cancellations, please send an email to iaoms-alacibu2026@bcocongresos.com
Cancellations of registrations received before August 24th, 2026 will be entitled to a refund of the amount except 30 USD for management fees.
Cancellations received after August 24th, 2026 will not be entitled to a refund.
Please note that credit card companies do not return fees for reimbursement. Any refund will be made after the meeting.
